Inefficient + L Uber
This service sucks and is basically completely useless! When you request a ride home, it gives an estimate of 40 minutes. Then as you near the arrival time, the driver would unpredictably change turns and arrive earlier than what's your turn. When you obviously don't show up because you weren't informed of the change in pickup order, they leave. So basically wait for about an hour only to be left without pick up
It keep going in and out
The algorithm to optimise wait time definitely needs improvement. Average wait time of 1 hour. the app design is not user friendly. no option for sound notification
Does not work, crashes on load
I logged in with my GT account and it says it can't show me the contents of the page. No functionality.
It's pretty cool app. Free Ride if you learn at GT.
While the request gets logged and I get a message saying I've been matched with a driver, the app hangs & the screen doesn't update.
The screen always stays in finding my driver. Not updating
The app crashes when you try to launch it. Pathetic af.
